RULES & REGULATIONS:

1.Attendance is monitored and you will be notified if your son or daughter fails to attend classes without period notice on three consecutive occasions. Students must attend the class listed on their time tables. The    institution does not allow them to sit in the examination if the attendance is less than 85%. In case of illness a student must inform the college administration as early as possible otherwise they will be marked absent. A medical certificate is required if there are more than three days consecutive absence owing to illness.

2. The institution operates a non smoking policy in all its buildings. All policies have been developed following consultations with staff and students and are considered to be line with current concerns on personal & environmental health. 

 3. Be assured that the institute will take a very strong line on drugs. Any student found to be contravening drug law will be dealt with appropriately.

4.The institution will not accept liability for the loss or damage to the personal effects of students on institute premises. Students are advised to mark all property clearly against fire and theft where possible.

5.The admission committee decision is considered to be final.

6.It is a strict policy of institution for student neat & clean uniform, name badge & attendance. All clothing must be clearly labelled with the child's name which will help nursery staff should things go missing or get mislaid.

7.We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any student without refund of fee if the student for both non attendance and irregular attendance, in the first instance institution will send a letter to the student querying their absenteeism. We will keep their place for a period of 3 weeks after which they will forfeit their place.  Secondly Students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly on the institution premises. Misconduct may result in dismissal from the institution.   Cheating or helping other to cheat on course work, exam, assignments or written papers & Failure of maintain the minimum acceptable Grade.  

8.All students who pay their fee in advance of , or at, regestration will be elegible for a 2% discount in the tution fee.the majority of students can pay their fee in instalments.there are monthly instalments plan for all students.there is no need to request an instalment plan if you donot pay your fees in full in advance of registration or at registration, By cheque u can pay the fee but you will receive reciept when cheque cleared.

9.We belive that our tution fees are competitive compared with other institution.All the students must either make full payment or sign a building agreement to pay by installments on each month.All students pay an annual institution administration fee payable once each year.All of payments are by cash payable (by person and  not by post) debit card ,bank transfer or installment payment.
